A: We have a 7-day return policy. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

A: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and free of any price tags or custom stickers.

A: To initiate a return, log into your customer account on our website, go to your "Orders," click "Request Return," select the item(s) and reason, add optional notes, and submit the request. We will review it and email you with the status.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

A: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or missing, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can resolve the issue. Refunds for verified damaged or missing items will be processed to your original payment method.
